Kari Samantha (born April 28th, 1967) Wuhrer is an American actor and singer. Her career started when she was still in her teens. Her most famous performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders as well as her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter of Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a car dealer and police officer). She is the mother of three siblings and brothers. She started singing at club nights as a teenager. She would sneak out of her home to perform. At the Wooster School at the age of thirteen She began her studies in acting. Later, she attended the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Marymount Manhattan College located at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, with the renowned instructor Uta Hagen, Wuhrer studied. Born on April 28th, 1967 and was raised in Brookfield, Connecticut. Her mother is an accountant for payroll, while her father is German-American and is a police officer as well as a automobile salesman. Kari has three brothers and sisters. Kari performed in nightclubs while she was just a teenager. Kari would get away from her home to perform. Kari was just 13 years old when she started acting courses at Wooster School. In the following years, Kari enrolled at Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College. Kari started acting as a teen. Her first breakthrough came in 1987 with MTV Remote Control.
