Allison Chinchar works as a forecaster of weather for CNN as well as HLN. She is a regular on CNN's New Day Weekend and HLN's Weekend Express, as well CNN International. Before becoming a part of CNN, in June of the year 2015, she had worked at many local radio stations among them those located in Atlanta and Nashville. Chinchar holds a Bachelor's degree of Atmospheric Science, which she received from The Ohio State University. Chinchar is also a part of the American Meteorological Society, the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society as well as the National Weather Association, and the International Association of Broadcast Meteorology.
